As a general inclination, I have made efforts toward cultivating an active meditation practice. The going is sometimes tough on the path toward enlightenment and at times, not so illuminating…yet there is light even in the dark. On the whole my values reflect a more holistic minded way of living, such as sustainable economy, living simply, do unto others… Like others out there, I am doing my best to make my small corner of this earth a more beautiful and nourishing place to call home. Smiles....
